Nodak Mutual Insurance did a 2-story office addition that expanded the existing building office and meeting space using an energy efficient glass curtain wall system and EIFS (Exterior Insulated Finish System).

The new office area HVAC system utilizes hot/chilled water with variable air volume boxes (VAV) to accommodate the different office clusters.

The building’s electrical system has an emergency generator back-up. The electrical system is also designed to accommodate modular office systems, which maximizes the owner’s flexibility.
