Legacy at Central Place | Renovation of Williston Jr. High School

Legacy at Central Place in Williston, North Dakota, is another of MJBA’s National Register of Historical Places projects. It was originally designed and served as a junior high school. It has since been sold and repurposed as a 55+ apartment building. Its construction consists of reinforced cast-in-place concrete and terrazzo masonry corridor floors.

Following the remodel of the building, it now houses 44 apartment units, and while much of the interior was renovated, it still retains its original maple wood floors in the classrooms turned apartments.
