Concordia College | Riverside Center & Cobber Kids

Concordia College found the need for more space and the renovation of a vacant elementary school directly across the street from campus proved to be a perfect fit. The building includes The Concordia Language Village and new offices spaces with a state-of-the-art conference room, and employee lunchroom. The other half of the building is devoted to the Cobber Kids Daycare which includes: toddler, pre-school, and kindergarten classrooms, a motor skills room, food service facilities, volunteer workspace, and outdoor playgrounds. Construction management was used throughout the project’s design and construction.
