102 Broadway

Originally known as the Huntington Block Building, the structure was entirely destroyed by a fire on Easter Sunday in 1963.  Rebuilt in 1964, it served as the Straus clothing store for many years until finally closing its doors in 1997.

Renovation of the 28,000 Sq. The 2-story commercial building plus basement incorporates sustainable design features that make the building unique from others in the downtown area. Some of the most notable features include a new “green” roof and a clerestory to provide natural light into the second floor’s core area. Tenants include retail and/or food service businesses on the first floor and six second-floor office suites. The basement provides 16 heated parking spaces for the building tenants. The building was initially built in 1964, and Straus Clothing occupied it until they relocated in 1997.
